Sheila Solsona is a very fine player from Barcelona, Spain (currently ranked in the #700’s WTA), and the daughter of Spain Tennis Academy co-Director, Vicente Solsona.

In this video, taken a few months ago in October 2008, we can see Sheila performing a common exercise on clay – control. The objectives are control of direction, height, depth and spin. In addition, the exercise has an aerobic endurance aspect.
