Rebeca Bou-Nogueiro wins titles

Rebeca Bou-Nogueiro has had a successful couple of weeks, with finals in both singles and doubles, resulting in one title.

In the $25,000 Westende event (Belgium), Rebeca reached the singles quarter-finals with wins over Gally De Wael 6-4 6-0 and the 2nd seed Laura Siegemund 6-7 6-3 6-4, before losing to Claire Feuerstein 3-6 6-3 6-3.

At the same event, Rebeca also reached the doubles final partnering Russian player Julia Parasyuk. In the final, Rebeca and Julia lost to the top seeds Debbrich Feys and Emma Laine 7-5 7-5.

The following week, Rebeca competed in the $10,000 in Mollerusa, Spain, reaching the singles final and winning the doubles title, again with Julia Parasyuk.

In the singles final, Rebeca lost to Sandra Soler-Sola 6-4 6-2, while in the doubles final, Rebeca and Julia beat Yasmin Clarke and Olivia Scarfi 6-7 6-0 10-5.
